Our Commitment At A.M. Diamonds Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to maintaining transparency and trust in every transaction. Please read the following terms and policies that apply to all purchases made from our showroom.

1. Return Policy for Gold Jewellery

We offer 100% cashback on the gold weight of hallmarked jewellery at the 22K rate as per current valuation.
For non‑hallmarked jewellery, the return value will be lower due to the absence of official hallmark verification.

2. Return & Exchange Policy for Diamond Jewellery

On return of diamond jewellery, customers are eligible for 80% cashback of the invoiced amount, subject to evaluation and approval.
On exchange of diamond jewellery, customers will receive 90% value of the original purchase based on product condition and prevailing policies.
No guarantee is offered against damage or breakage of ornaments due to wear, tear, or mishandling.

3. Customer Confirmation

By making a purchase, the customer confirms that:

They have voluntarily and willingly inspected and accepted the quality, quantity, purity, design, and specifications of the ornament(s) mentioned in the bill.
They fully understand the terms and accept the purchase without reservation.

4. Product Standards

Every ornament is made to standard specifications using industry‑recognized materials and processes.
Designs sold are authentic and match the quality parameters described in the invoice.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes and legal matters arising from purchases will be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurugram (Haryana) courts only.
